Day 3: Jatim Park 2, Batu Zoo, Museum Satwa, Batu Night Spectacular

On the 3rd day of this journey, we woke up and had breakfast for 4 people. Then, we went back to our room and headed to the receptionist to check out, then we headed to Batu, a village just around 13 KM from Malang. We went there to visit Jatim Park 2, where Batu Zoo and Museum Satwa is located, and also to visit Batu Night Spectacular

Jatim Park 2

There are around 3 places to visit there, the Batu Zoo, Museum Satwa, and Batu Eco Park, we didn’t want to go to the Eco Park, so we bought bundle tickets for Batu Zoo and Museum Satwa only.

Price? For both, it costed us only IDR 84.000/ person or around $78/person! Mind you this is written on 2018 AND we went there on Wednesday.

We arrived too early at 9 AM, the Park opens at 10 AM. Hence the pictures!

Batu Zoo

Batu Zoo is a zoo, though I’m not a fan of zoos, but apparently the girls were very excited to meet all the faunas there. There were places where we could give foods to the animals and also take pictures! Was a great place to spend some time!

The view was also extraordinary and captivating.

Museum Satwa

This place is filled with faux animals, so you can see even those that went extinct. The ambiance was glorious and got me goosebumps all over my body. The lighting, the music, I felt like in a movie or something!

It was very good that I forgot to take pictures :’) But nonetheless, I doubt my camera would actually capture what met the eyes.

After visiting those, we went to eat at Warung Wareg, a family restaurant and headed to the hotel, where the view was also breath-taking, called Kusuma Agrowisata.

Then, we rested for a while and headed to BNS or Batu Night Spectacular!

Batu Night Spectacular

In short: good food, amusement park and lantern town!

No need for further details!
